Laura is a qualified pilates teacher in mat and all pilates equipment. Laura loves to support you to feel strong, healthy and happy through movement while creating an
inclusive, positive and safe space. For Laura, pilates is a time to connect the mind and
body, self-care, fun, creativity, letting go of life’s challenges and a chance to connect with each other, while flowing through Pilates movements.
In her class you can expect to see a whole-body approach, encouragement to take your next challenging progression, flowing mindfully from one movement to the next exploring new shapes with your body.
